Japanese koi sculptures

 

Japanese koi are the world's the most popular ornamental pond fish. They often are called 'living jewels' and
'swimming flowers.'

Here Lundin Kudo transformed these living jewels into works of art in clay sculpture. The individual koi come in various colors. Vases with a koi theme, as well as garden subjects, can be seen here.
